This year, make athlete registration easier than ever with DragonFly!
Cody MS and Cody HS families now have the option to register their children online for athletics and activities. This will allow parents to complete required forms online and avoid the hassle of bringing paperwork and cash into the office.
Required for participation:
WHSAA Physical Form w/ proof of insurance
Activities and Athletics Waiver
Activities Clearance Form
Consent to Treat Form
Head Injury in HS Sports & Return-to-Play Protocol
Activities Fee Required:

If you prefer, you can still register and pay in person (in your child's main office), but for the first time, you have the convenience of handling everything from home.
